So, I'm back from Skala, Kefalonia. It lays in the westhern side of Greece and it's _propably the biggest island in Aegean Sea.

I spent a week with my parents in Skala. _{From 24th of June to 2nd of July.} I had a GREAT time there. There I could forget all my worries. _Mostly.

We had a night flight to Argostoli, which is the capital of Kefalonia. From there we took a bus to Skala, our "home village" (for a week, that is.) Luckily it was dark so you couldn't see towards, because the Greek drivers... They... well, they drive quite fast. Even though there's serpentine roads in Greece. ^ ^'

At the first day we rent a car for touring around Kefalonia. The landscapes were stunning. Up in the mountains the clouds were so close we almost drove through one.

Aaand... Oh; we had a mouse in our hotel room. It chewed something behind the kitchen cupboards. And when we saw it, it was soooo cute! It had pink ears, pink toes, pink nose and big black eyes and it's fur was mix of brown and grey. And one day, it peeked out from it's nest. I managed to take some kind of photo of this mouse, but it's blurry. Plus, there were many grasshoppers. At day, they were SO noisy and the same continued at night, too. But it was fun and it sounded beautiful. Oh, btw, I saw a mantis somewhere in the middle of grass and a sea-turtle in the harbour of Argostoli.

We visited Lake Melissani _{Cave of the nymphs}, in the village of Sami. It's water was extremely clear. It's deepest part was 30 metres deep, and you are able to see the bottom even though it's still 22 metres deep. The water of Melissani is mixture of salty and fresh water. The salt water comes from the other side of the island _{From the westhern side}. The village of Sami is in the easthern side.

And we also visited Drogarati Cave. It's a stalactite cave. It also was a worth of seeing, but I've seen a much bigger stalactite cave in the village of Ianniina.

AND!; We had a REAL night flight back to Helsinki. We had to go to the airport at 20.45 pm. and the boaring was 00.20. We were back in Helsinki 03.20 am.
